But the telly soaps,films of the today times is very much defer in silent era, of Charlie Chaplin, and the world famous great French mime artiste Marcel show that silence has there own language, it doesn't need any tongue for acting.
The young cast of Chandigarh drama group, GCDC (GOVT. COLLEGE OF DRAMATIC CLUB), mainly Blind, deaf and dumb actors, are the best at there place.
